Coming from Fort Walton Beach

1. Enter Niceville traveling east on Highway 20 (John Sims Parkway).
2. Take Hwy 20 all the way to PALM BLVD.  This is the traffic light just past Niceville High School.
3. Turn RIGHT onto Palm Blvd.  Take Palm all the way until it dead-ends at a "T" which is Bayshore Drive.  You'll go through 3 stop signs before coming to the stop sign at the "T".
4. Turn LEFT onto Bayshore Drive.  Take Bayshore for a couple minutes until you see the large "DANA POINT" sign on the right side of the road.  Directly across from Dana Point is BAYSHORE PLACE.  This is our subdivision.  Turn LEFT into Bayshore Place.
5. You'll immediately come to a stop sign.  Bear to the LEFT (it really isn't a turn).  This is RED MAPLE WAY. 
6. Take Red Maple past Mulberry (on your right), Emmett (on your left) and then turn LEFT onto BUTTON BUSH WAY.
7. We are the third house on the left -- #805.  It's a dark red brick house with a couple of really tall pine trees in the front yard.

1. Take Highway 85 South until you connect with Highway 20 (John Sims Parkway).
2. Turn LEFT onto Highway 20.
3. Follow the same directions as for Fort Walton Beach, starting with #2 above.

Coming from Destin and Bluewater Bay

1. Enter Niceville traveling west on Highway 20 (John Sims Parkway)
2. Take Hwy 20 until you come to the traffic light at REVELL DRIVE.  There is a Texaco station on the left side.  Turn LEFT at the traffic light which puts you on REDWOOD AVE.
3. Take Redwood through two stop signs, including the one at Valparaiso Blvd where Redwood becomes BAYSHORE DRIVE.
4. Continue on BAYSHORE DRIVE until you go around a right-hand bend in the road where you'll see a large "DANA POINT" sign on the left side of the road.  Directly across from Dana Point is BAYSHORE PLACE.  This is our subdivision.  Turn RIGHT into Bayshore Place.
5. Follow the directions for Fort Walton Beach, starting with #5.
