Where we've been

• Toledo, Ohio
  Peggy was born in Toledo, OH and lived there (as well as in a suburb, Rossford) until she was about two years old.
   
• Ashley, Pennsylvania
  Steve was born in Wilkes-Barre, PA and grew up in a small town just southwest of W-B called Ashley.  He lived in Ashley until he left for Penn State.  His parents, sister and brother-in-law, and nieces still live in Ashley.
   
• Fredericktown, Ohio (and vicinity)
  Fredericktown is a small farming community in central Ohio.  Peggy moved there right before she started kindergarten and lived there until she went off to college.  Before moving to Fredericktown, Peggy lived in tiny Chesterville (about 8 miles west) for a couple of years.
   
• State College, Pennsylvania
  Home to the Pennsylvania State University.  Steve lived in University Park/State College for four years from 1987 to 1991 while he attended Penn State.
   
• West Lafayette and Lafayette, Indiana
  West Lafayette is home to Purdue University.  Peggy lived there during her five year college career from 1987 to 1992.  After graduating, she moved across the Wabash river to Lafayette where she lived for about 8 months before heading to the Windy City.
   
• Belleville, Illinois
  In September of 1991, Steve was assigned to Scott Air Force Base in Belleville. He spent a little over four years at Scott, from September 1991 to January 1996.
   
• Chicago, Illinois
  After graduating from Purdue, Peggy moved to the Chicago metropolitan area.  During her 13 years in the Windy City, Peggy never lived or worked more than a couple minutes outside the city limits.  She lived in Oak Park, Berwyn, Marionette Park, and ultimately Blue Island (by far her longest residence, about 10 of the 13 years).
   
• Biloxi, Mississippi
  Steve "lived" at Keesler Air Force Base in Biloxi for eight months over two different time spans. He went to Basic Communications Officer Training from November 1991 through April 1992 as well as Advanced Communications Officer Training from October to November 1998.
   
• Hampton, Virginia
  After leaving Scott AFB, Steve was assigned to Langley Air Force Base in Hampton from January 1996 through March 2000.
   
• Fort Walton Beach, Florida
  Steve moved to Eglin Air Force Base in March 2000 after leaving Langley. He stayed in FWB after leaving the Air Force in May 2002. Peggy moved to Fort Walton Beach after she and Steve got engaged in October 2005. We lived here until October 2006 when we moved to our current home in Niceville.
   
• Niceville, Florida
  Niceville is just to the northeast of Fort Walton Beach. In October 2006 we moved to Niceville into a much larger house (with a much larger backyard!) Click here for details.
